At RepAuto we can run a diagnostics check on every make and model.
We will identify the fault codes and offer advice. Sometimes, the fault can be rectified via software for a small fee. eg. Engine Managment Light or Airbag Light.
If a component needs changing, we can help clear any fault lights and ECU memory, afterwards for you.

Using the very latest in car diagnostic technology, we can read virtually all makes and models. The hardware & software we use, can also interact with the vehicle. We can reset service lights, airbag lights, brake systems, battery systems, tire pressure monitoring systems to name a few. We can code specific items to your car, for example fuel injectors, fuel pumps & gearboxes. Also, we can test just about every switch, motor and system in your car.

1. SAS Steering Angel Sensor Reset
Helps clear the fault steering angle sensor memories and plays an important role in the steering angle sensor calibration.
2. EPB Electronic Park Brake Reset
It is important in the maintenance of electronic braking system’s safety and efficiency when replace brake pad or motor. Retracting the EPB prior to replacing pads and discs is very important.
3. DPF Diesel Particulate Filter Reset & DPF Forced Regeneration
Specially works for Diesel Particulate Filter system with DPF regeneration, DPF component replacement teach-in and DPF teach-in after replacing the engine control unit.
4. Oil Service Light Reset
Allows you to perform reset maintenance mileage and data intervals for a new calculation of Engine Oil Life system once changed the oil.
5. TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring Sytem Reset
Makes TPMS sensor in displaying sensor IDs from the vehicle’s ECU, inputting TPMS sensor replacement IDs and activate TPMS sensors.
6. TBA/TPS Throttle Body Alignment Reset
Vehicle’s throttle position system sensor connected to the butterfly spindle and is primarily used to monitor the throttle position within an inner combustion engine. Due to its location, the throttle position sensor is able to effectively observe where the throttle butterfly valve is positioned.
7. CVT Transmission fucntion
On these CVT transmissions, the timing of the release and application of elements (clutch packs and bands) is controlled by the transmission control module (a microprocessor)
8. Battery Mangement Service
Allows the scan tool to evaluate the battery charge state, monitor the close-circuit current, register the new battery replacement, and activate the rest state of the vehicle battery system.
9. Injector Coding
Diesel injector codes need programming of ID and parameters to the ECU for accurate communication and Injection control system.
10. Camshaft Gear Learning
The scan tool monitors certain Camshaft position sensors signals to determine if all conditions are met to continue with the procedure for Engine running
11. Odometer Instrument Cluster Initialize
Reboot instrument cluster parameters after replacement of new instrument panel.
12. A/F Adjust
Correspondingly change the fuel supply to change the air : fuel ratio.
13. Seat Calibration
A memory seat is essentially an electrically-adjustable car seat which can be moved into pre-set positions at the push of a button.
14. Clutch Adaptation
Importance of clutch pedal free-Play, anything less than the correct amount of free play will result in clutch slip, because the pressure plate will be unable to exert its full pressure on the friction plate, clutch linkage adjustment to compensate for clutch wear.
15. Prime Fuel Pump
Air often gets into the Fuel line when a diesel vehicle change fuel or assembly fuel system, this causes a vehicle to have problems starting, forcing you to ‘prime’the fuel system to remove the air.
16. Adaptive Front Headlight System
Reset and calibrate adaptive headlights.
17. AdBlue Reset
Reset the AdBlue counter
18. Coolant Bleeding
After working on the coolant system, we can bleed the system automatically to remove the air.
19. Immobiliser & Key Learning
Generally, up to 2017, we can learn new keys to the car’s ECU – Brand specific
20. NOx Sensor Reset
BMW and some Mercedes, NOx Sensor Reset.
21. Start / Stop Reset
Disable the Auto Start/Start system.
22. Suroof Recalibration
Recalibrates electric sunroofs.
23. Air Suspension Reset
Detailed diagnostics and calibration on air suspension systems.
24. Electric Windows Calibration
Re-calibrate electric windows, if they don’t go up or down correctly.
